A: Yes that will happen. Word likes to use special symbols and change your quotation marks to things that will give you errors. Best bet if you are using Word is to cut and paste your text into Notepad and then cut and paste it into your Web Form. Then check and make sure that there are no strange marks. You can also save your Word Documents with a txt extension as just text only.
